Ray has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry where he provided proven solutions to business leaders in both the global and national markets – customers like KBR, Boeing, NASA, Hunting Energy, and ENI Petroleum.

Prior to MTR Services, Ray served as a Technical Account Manager for MTM Technologies, a large national provider of IT services. Before that, Ray held positions as Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Manager, and Senior Systems Consultant for Vector ESP. Prior to Vector, Ray was the IT Manager for PanCanadian Energy Services. As an energy marketing firm that traded gas, electricity, and liquids, they relied heavily on technology to market the products. Any system down time was actual money lost. Ray met that challenge and enabled the company to grow in size and services, essentially doubling every year over an extended six year period.

Mark has over 18 years experience managing and developing corporate infrastructure. Most recently he was the IT director for Investlinc, a national financial planning company.  He was responsible for the development and management of the entire company infrastructure and IT department.  The company experienced significant growth resulting in many mergers with other companies.  Mark was responsible for integrating the various company networks with the Investlinc network, ensuring a seamless transition with no downtime.

Prior to Investlinc, Mark was the IT manager for First Meridian, a Wealth Services company headquartered in Houston, with offices throughout the southern region of the United States.  There he was responsible for building and managing the company IT department and infrastructure.

Prior to First Meridian, Mark was the operations manager for a regional sporting goods retail store chain.  His responsibilities included developing and managing a multi-store data network for accounting and point of sale purposes.

Mark also has his CompTia Security + and CCSP certifications.
